I'm amazed how people are able to get 100% for false claims. I'm 30% and have more injuries that they won't cover even after appeals. Neck injury is from a whiplash incident during training that is my biggest chronic issue which they are covering, right knee pain from the hikes and training, and then tinnitus in both ears and then clicking, pressure, and static in my right ear which I suspect are going to lead to a further hearing loss claim in the future. Those are all covered but they won't cover my lower back pain that leads to really bad sciatica in my right leg and then I also get really bad ingrown toenails on my big toes which are a result of the hiking and there is actually documented "surgery" on the records from when they pulled them out. I could probably claim that one but it seems like an every day issue even though I never had them until I went through training and dealt with them all through my time in.

Even if I could claim those injuries I would probably be looking at no more than 50% which is a big increase, but in contrast to people who are 100% for mostly false claims is baffling. They turned down my back injury saying it is part of my neck injury, but it isn't as my neck injury is very specific to my neck. Problem is that the X-rays they took multiple times never matched or showed what the initial doctor on Pendleton who treated me found. So that is a little frustrating but I'm over it now. Just don't know how people can make up so much stuff and then they just sign off on it. I felt like they were taking my injuries with the assumption that I was lying about them the whole time and wanted to deny me the whole time.

I did a few months ago, but higher powers than me let snorkle head back. Nothing I can do. I guess Travis thinks he brings content. What pisses me off most, dumb ass never comes back to the shit he starts. My hands are tied.
Well well well here I am. I find it funny that anytime someone says something that the masses don't like, the gang mentality comes into play and then they attack that individual. It seems that most of you guys want to ignore the fact that this has been verified that he has said this. I can't force you to believe something or use common sense. If you guys want to get mad at something that is common knowledge feel free but don't say that I'm stirring the pot because I posted something that is all over the news.
Hell Fox News was the ones that verify the statement. Deal with it

Them among other statements and comments he has made about anyone who thinks differently than him. Trump is all about stroking his own ego and letting everybody know how important he is and if they don't he goes out of his way to attack then.

With him there is a lack of basic respect, because it is all about him. Therefore anybody saying or acting in a manner that he disagrees with he will belittle and or attack .

Nothing in the last three and a half years of his presidency suggest then he would not say what is in question.

He wasn't elected because he brings your mother flowers. He was elected because he gets things done and doesn't take shit.

Go watch the "Pussy, Assholes, and Dicks" scene in Team America. Trump is a dick, Democrats are pussies, and these weirdo ****ing far leftists are the assholes.

And for you asshats claiming people are abusing the VA, of course it happens. But the system is set up where it's not common. Furthermore if you injure a part of your body in particular your ankles then I promised Within 15 years you're going to go up significantly in your rating. Injured ankle will lead to injured knees hips and back then work his way to the other ankle. Some of you guys think you know so much and you just don't know shit

If you had a documented injury and surgery corrected it, then it is no longer a disability. You're only entitled to compensation for an injury that either started or was aggravated by your service and continues to be a problem.
38 CFR does not apply two injuries that have been corrected.

No injuries have been corrected. From my understanding and from what I was told, there is no treatments for what I have going on.

Snorkel head? Dumb ass? I feel like I'm reading an old Riverdale comic and being insulted by Archie!

I feel like everyone there has a reason to lie because of the Optics. I'm sorry but it fits too well with his actions and his Twitter fingers of the past three and a half years. You can't say that it doesn't.

Just stop lying and instead of saying it didn't happen in defending it just stand by him and say so what.

You say here that everyone there has a reason to lie. John Bolton was there and has more of a disdain of Trump then most. He said he didn't say it but you claim he has skin in the game. Again conjecture of a fool. You have no idea what the **** you are saying, let alone understand what a koolaid drinker is. The biggest dumb as cleansing of communist cleansing in America. Drink it up!

Feel free to quote where I was spreading lies....

I believe the easiest one and the one that gets abused is PTSD. All these idiots have to do is act crazy. Come on, PTSD from Basic or AIT? **** off! No, I believe Abdo was ****ing crazy but not PTSD crazy and his two life sentences plus 60 years verifies it. But he was one that claimed he had PTSD as soon as he hit 20th Replacement. Didn't even make it to his unit before we had to start dealing with his BS at the TMC. Again, all these retards have to do is act crazy and I swear as dumb as these ****ers are that play that game, they know the game perfectly. Had one guy that took a bunch of MRs before we went outside the wire. He almost got us killed by stepping on an IED pressure plate on purpose. Luckily it was faulty.

It is a shame for people like you that these idiots clog everything up. I have not turned in my pulmonary functions test because I feel bad that I am able to work fulltime and I make good money already.

Applying for disability and being awarded for that disability are two completely different things. Did you know for certain that he was awarded disability for PTSD? People don't just get it and I don't care what anyone says the VA is not set up to award disability easily, even to those that deserve it

Everything is in that initial post. That is basically the whole rundown of my injuries and how they have been claimed.
If you had a neck injury oh, there's no question that it will lead to back pain. But if your claim said that you want it compensation for your neck injury and back pain oh, you'll never get it for the back. The VA is a machine and you will have to let things play out. You'll have to claim back pain secondary to your neck injury. That takes time and when that is approved you will have to claim your sciatica secondary to those other things. An order to be awarded disability three things must happen. First you have to prove that your duty aggravated or caused the injury. Second you have to have a current diagnosis of that injury, within a Year's date. 3rd you have to claim that injury and during a compensation and pension exam, the rater must shoo the level of disability and report it to the regional office

I felt bad for it too, and I still work full time and have full function until my neck goes out. My neck is actually out right now and it has been happening more and more frequently since I started to work out again. I woke up yesterday and was fine but I did something and felt it tweak and now I have pain and it feels out of place when I lean my head forward. If I hear it pop then that is when I can't move it for a week or two, but I don't stop to rest for it anymore and that surprisingly seems to help me get more mobility back quicker. It's weird, sometimes it is minor and other times it can bring me to my knees.

Did you submit back pain secondary to your neck injury?

Yes, I told them it was from the packs and hiking considering I went from being a documented 5'8 to 5'7 while I was with 3/1 and doing 10-25k hikes regularly, but that happens to a lot of guys. The sciatica came later on and I told my doctor so it is documented. I probably just need to submit for an appeal again with new evidence.

I have no idea how these guys pulled it off either.

And it just takes away from people that need it I would imagine.

Abdo is at ADX Florence

The other guy was chaptered for drugs.

I know people that have gamed the system so please save your defense of a broken VA System for somebody gullible.
