Gt500 is the new king, anyone who says otherwise is a hater. These cars will dominate once the tunes get worked out better and especially the tcm tune.

To fat lol Gutted 5.0 mustangs and vettes are still king of the streets . Though I’d like to see what one would do with some weight taken out though .

960 whp on just a ported blower with a couple of bolt ons sounds pretty bad ass to me.

Not shitting on OP but Charger is hanging with him for a bit less money and does not have to worry about blowing up DCT.

you guys wanna put some $$ on those claims?
the GT500 made 810hp on E, dynojet. the Hellcat made 960 on E, dynojet.. put some skin in the game.. this cars expensive.. i gotta pay my bills when the $20/month youtube checks stop coming in :)
Money on what? All I claimed is that you are baiting and trolling people into exactly this, so therefore you just proved my point.

In that case might as well get a fox body thats gutted and modified and destroy them all for fraction of the price. Id rather have a new gt500.

That is true..... vettes are always/have always been deadly fast and that 10 speed Ford 5.0 leveled the field A LOT.. once you add boost to a 18+ yote they absolutely fly.

The coyotes were still pretty damn quick with the A6 and boost.

It's just now we were seeing a few cars run 8s with unopened engines and transmissions, which seems ridiculous.

Why are you disappointed? Its physics. It's a 4 door car that 4 grown men can sit comfortably running nose to nose with a car that you have to put your wallet in the trunk just to get in it. The mustang is going to be faster per hp. It's much smaller and lighter.
I thought he was talking about the 2020 GT500...

@ZYBORG - What are your thoughts on the fact that the Hellcat made 960RWHP on STD and uncorrected? More than likely, the HC is barely making over 850 RWHP when everything is said and done, not 960RWHP as the OP states.

exactly as you put it. One one hand, you have one idiot inflating power numbers to look good for the dyno numbers crowd. On another hand, you have another idiot that thinks that people won’t catch on to the “inflated” numbers.

The track was repaved twice, widened and they added camber in certain turns the last 4-5 years.

To give you an idea, 7 cars in GTLM broke the previous lap record in practice after it was paved.
.

Also added FIA curbing so you can't cut the climbing S's anymore....
