I do happen to be in the chair force. To be serious; the way PT is ran for support elements is not the same as combat elements. Combat elements do PT out of necessity, support does it to pass a test. This inevitably leads to differences in how it is ran/viewed between the two. I could go on about this for a @tt335ci03cobra length post, but will sum it up as; for the majority of the military (support element) PT is not the place where rapport is built.That’s one way of going about your business.
