Yessir. It’s a 10,000lb lift so it should handle my truck no problem

Just double check the safety up top; should have a stop so you can’t smash the cab on the crossover.

Cars can go on centered but trucks have to be pushed back a bit so the engine is roughly where it would be in a car in relation to the lift if that makes sense; bed sticking further back than good is forward. If you just center the truck with the upright the engine will be too far forward and it’ll be a little front heavy.

Sorry not sure if you have lift time or not.

Thanks man. This is an A symmetrical lift so the rear arms extend. I’m gonna test it by slowly raising and then shaking. And it does have a safety switch up too.

Awesome. Scroll down to the pic of the dually. Even on A symetrical you want to get the engine back further rather than centering like a car can.

Good habit is to lower the vehicle onto the safety locks as well rather than leave it sitting on the hydraulics. Just make sure both catch as you go up before dropping down on the latches. I've been in a hurry and didn't go up far enough and just one side was lowering lol. No harm though.

I messed around the past couple days and was able to make more progress. Once everything is set I’ll clean the place up

I love what I am seeing. Can't wait to start mine. One thing I would like to mention is the trees in the front. Roots kill driveways. We have pine and oak trees and I found a root about 4" in diameter in the crawl space under my house. Just thought I would mention it. There will be no trees close to mine.

Awesome. I want a garage/man cave like that.
How much longer till she's complete Todd?
Last thing I’m waiting on is the electric company to come out and do an inspection and the freaking electrician to finish.
Looks amazing Todd.

I’m hoping they are far enough away and the driveway is thick enough that it will be good. Do a build thread when you start yours. I always enjoyed seeing other people’s dreams come true.

Bad ass Todd!

Thanks brutha, y’all are all welcome to come use the lift anytime. I’ll even supply the alcohol, because everyone is a better mechanic after a few drinks.

The tree that the root is coming from at my house is 60ft away and it grew under the foundation and came up in the crawl space and it destroyed the driveway in the process. I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

That is bad luck right there. All I can do is hope for the best.
