Everyone said the same thing after osu got trounced by Iowa. And they won every single game after that. I don’t know if they can beat Michigan, or even msu, but if they win out they will be big 10 champs and go to the playoff. Just that simple.

I do think there is an internal struggle at the coaching level, that could cost urban his job

No they will not since OU only lost was against Texas by 3 which was ranked not get trounced by an unranked Purdue. So it'll take more than to win out like the Faker always did in the past. The committee would really need to be the best, most smoothest car salesmen of all time in order to even legitimize OSU getting in the top 4. A whole lot of teams above them have to lose and convincingly in order for OSU to advance there. So no winning out will not help OSU like in the past.

Latest I heard was good old Meyer's wife wants him to retire in two years, oh I sure hope so. That way he can go into the shadows like he was suppose to when he pulled his stunt down at Florida.

Nope. They win out and they’re in. I don’t necessarily agree with it, but that’s what will happen. At this point just winning out looks like a long shot, but who knows.

And yep Meyer is now starting to hint at his old dog and pony show by saying he has health issues, with a few sport commentators and analyst saying the same thing. So expect a repeat of the whole Florida debacle.

We shall see. I wouldnt blame the guy for leaving. Expectations in Columbus are stupid. I'm an OSU Alum and grew up in a Columbus suburb, so I have seen and heard most of the stupidity in person. The money isnt worth the bs to me.
I'd prefer that he stick around for another year, but bring on Ryan Day and roll on.

agreed. I'm an OSU alum, love college football, can't unglue myself from the tv when they are playing. I've burned couches (recently, and I'm 41) after OSU losses, and I'm still probably mild compared to most die-hard OSU fans. my ex-brother in law used to get in fights over people bad mouthing osu football. its nuts, in an unhealthy way. 1 loss and fans start talking about the head coach. 2 losses and they are calling for his head. urban meyer or not, some are hoping he gets the axe this year. ryan day did an amazing job the first three games. I don't have the answer, but they're defense is playing like shit, and they have no run game, despite having two excellent running backs.

Well it looks like Texas was overrated again. The crowd even told em too.
Not overrated. They just had a bunch of help from other teams losing and them continuing to win to get to 6. Defense didn't show up on Saturday. Refs were shit. They gave OSU a new set of downs that led to a TD that should have been a punt. They also missed a call that ****ed OSU out of 2 points.

I am an alum as well, born and raised in Ohio. I agree, expectations are stupid in Cbus, but I don't care how stupid they are, we should expect to not lose by 30 to Purdue. Sorry, that's just the truth.

Ok, LSU vs. Bama...who ya got!??!?!

Does NW pull the upset on ND this weekend?

KY vs. UGA...do the 'cats stand a chance against the Dawgs?

WVU vs. Texas...who ya got in this B12 tilt?

Penn St vs. Michigan...hate them both and hope they both lose! LOL

For my money, I'll take Bama, ND, UGA, Texas, and Michigan.

Bama over LSU.

NW gives ND a game but ND wins.

UK has zero chance against UGA.

UT rebounds against WVU.

UM's defense proves too much for PSU.
