Drag radials are safe for the rain?

Yes, drag radials are safe for the rain. Unless you are inexperienced or drive like a moron.

Let's clear something up the car was NOT on the rear tires it was delivered with! That car WILL NOT cut a 1.4 60 with Nittos!
Dodge claims a 9.65 with those said tires when it can only muster a 9.97 with M/T's! Impressive? I guess....

Lets clear something up, unless you can provide proof that this car was not on stock rubber, stop posting a false narrative to push your agenda.

I’m saying drag radials are not normal tires. Which is why that do not come stock on road legal vehicles.

I love the demon. But given the choice I purchase a hellcat or viper first because of the above.

False narratives... Yeah whatever...Pushing what agenda? The car had Mickey Thompson ET Street R's. Want me to link you the Yellow Bullet thread? All the Dodge pussies have their panties in bunch over there, the thread is pretty epic.. And FYI that's where I got my proof and what do you know it was a Dodge guy that spilled the beans.

Drag radials are normal tires. They just specialize in straight line traction.

Its what I use on my muscle/sportscars.

Its silly to complain about the tires the car comes with. If you hate the nittos so much, change them.

Now, has this been proved or is it hear say. Because as of now, I have not SEEN any proof to indicate this demon was on a different tire.

“Dodge guy spilling the beans” just doesnt quite cut it for me... sorry.

It would seem strange to swap our specifically designed tires that only come on the Demon, and are solely made for drag racing, to something else immediately, imo....

I bet those tires work very very well

Allow me to set this shit straight. This is the same 9 second Demon that was posted in the other thread.

Car is indeed running mt r’s. He’s also got two more pairs of different sizes to test. He’s a hardcore drag racer and said screw the nittos without even trying them.

The nittos did a 1.36 60ft on Dodges 9.65 pass. Thats with perfect track prep and -2000 da.

It wasn’t that cold for this pass. Owner stated da was 500.

He did footbrake it. Apparently the trans brake has no 2 step so you have to manually hold the rpm’s steady. Its a pita.

Running a different drag radial does not negate how badass the car is. That’s splitting **** hairs.

Post where he mentions the drag radials.
