Brock/Cutler is a coin flip at best. They are both SO bad. Neither of them are even backup material

Landry Jones is awful and I'd take him over either of those bums.

I'm talking about after we got rid of Brock. Cutler was never an option.

Oh right, that's true. I don't think he would've been an option for us either if Gase wasn't the coach. He helped Cutler achieve his best statistical season of his career (21 TD's, 11 INT's, 92.3 rating) and he thinks he can get more of the same out of him in Miami.

To be fair, it makes more sense than signing Colin Kaepernick, who would have to learn the whole system. Cutler just has to build rapport with the players. That could be a tall order for him though...

With the available QB's right now it really is like picking between a giant douche or a turd sandwich. I don't blame them for doing something.

I'm really starting to question some of the knowledge some of you have about football. That's why this forum is dying/dead. Cutler is absolutely HORRIBLE. Keap is an average QB and would have been a better signing period, and hes younger and in better shape than Cutler. Him on a team with those receivers and running back would have been very interesting.

That's what I'm thinking.

Not surprised one bit..... and that sack of shit is getting 10 million....

Incredible. Front office should be let go after the season.

I vote Turd Sandwich

He probably has more talent than Cutler, but you can't deny he'll alienate your fan base quickly.

I agree that Kaep is a better player and I couldn't give less shits about him kneeling for the anthem because I actually believe in the First Amendment, but the whole Castro t-shirt thing will make him a very unpopular man in Miami, and on top of that, by the time he finally adjusted to the offense, they'd be 0-6.

Agree with these points 100%. It would be a verrrry hard sale to that fan base, but winning seems to have a calming effect on critics. The way I read some post made it seem like Cutler was a better player. Better option probably, better player no.

On another note lol @ cutler admitting to being out of shape. Then saying good thing QBs don't have to move around much...Good luck to you Dolphin fans man lol.

Who knows, Cutler may have the best season of his career in Miami. Stranger things have happened.

cumtler's best days are behind him. how he has managed to stay an active starting QB in the nfl is astonishing. i am so dispoint with the QB's of the last 5 years or so. The only real impressive qb's have been in the league for a while. I scratch my head thinking...this is it? this is the best of the best that was drafted? this decades quarterback pool equates to the 2016 election. 600 million people that those two were the best we could come up with?

i really miss the 70's 80's and 90's quarterbacks. its no wonder brady stands out so much. the guys good no doubt and in a league of his own. theres no decent competition for brady. the only real qb that ever gave brady a good run for his money is now selling HGH door to door.

I hated Cutler back when he played for the Bronco's. I can't believe he is still going.

It's not fair comparing anyone to Brady. He's in a league of his own. As for the other guys there are plenty of great ones:

Rodgers
Brees
Ryan
Big Ben
Luck

Carr and Mariota are good young QB's with the potential to be great, and there will be others.

Ryan made a HUGE mistake throwing the ball on 3rd and 1. His call or not - he ran the play. He got sacked - fumbled - and from there it was all downhill. I put that turnover on him. Run the ball and either get the first down or burn 40 seconds off the clock. Horrible clock management.

I don't put Ryan ( or Luck ) in the same class as Ben, Rogers, or Brees. Especially after that ridiculous collapse in the Super Bowl.

Agreed, Luck is the most overrated QB of the last at least 20 years. Wilson is so disrespected when it comes to top QB's. Carr looks to be the real deal too. Outlaw makes a good point tho, has there been any future HOF candidates drafted since Rodgers?

Stafford doesn't count lol.
