Cool job...you guys should come up here nd look at the old milgard widows from the 1970's and 80's. These windows are so good that nobody will replace theirs. The mechanisms are simple and will last forever...the coatings are also indestructible.....not to mention NONE of my double paned windows has a bad seal. When I put new rollers on my slider I had to remove the frame from the door....the rubber looked like the day it was put together. You guys could call it the old school series...anyhow looks like a cool place to work.I constantly hear people who say they absolutely hate their jobs. Personally, I love my job. I'm a Project Manager who oversees new product development at a window and door manufacturing company in Phoenix. A lot of this is because the company's culture is really laid back and the executives really care about their employees. The hierarchy and business politics crap is non-existent and I can truly say there are very few people I dislike at work. Oh, and the CEO of my company just ordered this to be installed in our plant. 'Merica!
What do you do for a job /career and what do you think of it?
