Hey guys, i got these done to my 2012 and since the harness didnt come with any instructions i was wondering if anyone can PM me or post an install guide.
I got mine installed at a local shop and for the most part the lights work beautifully. At first my LEDs wouldnt come on Daytime running light style. I went back to the shop after reading something about powering it with fuse #39. The shop ran a wire and now it does come on daytime running light but it doesnt go off when the blinkers are on for either side. Also now when i unlock/open the door the LEDs dont come on (they did before we ran a wire to the fuse #39 to get Daytime running light).
Basically i'm at a lost and just need anyone thats done it to give me a quick install guide so i can basically recheck the wiring. I got the harness and the other module thats suppose to cut off the LED when the blinker is on.
Any and all inputs will be appreciated as ive tried contacting Tuxedo here and on the website with no reponse.

^^^ you have to add the non alternating switch backs for the led bars to shut off while the turn indicators are activated, I paid $150 for that option, the leds will come on when the doors are unlocked, they are only hooked up to come on when the key is in the on position, you would need to do some fancy wiring to make the leds come on with the motor running and the other way
yea I paid extra for that switch back option. obviously something isn't hooked up right and I hate to remove the bumper again without having some idea of what the connections should look like
looks like they shipped,now if I can make it work..
i was overthinking this..looks like very high quality wiring harnesses.only a black ground and white wire to the defrost?rest is plug and play

Bump! Looking for headlights and harnesses myself! I PMed tuxedoblack but no response. Also found this: http://www.projectoretrofits.com/apps/webstore/products/show/3841297 but not sure if he is still around either. Any other ideas?
lol do you even look in the classifieds sections on this board? I had my complete swap for sale for $800 shipped yesterday, decided to keep my car so I'm keeping them now
I am working on the harnesses. The 13-14 conversion harnesses should be out within a week or two. The 10-12 HID conversion harnesses are ready, but there's a 2 week lead time before shipping due to the building process for them. Shoot me a PM if you have any questions. I will post up when I get them finished.
For those of you keeping this thread alive. I was involved with this several years ago. To be honest I am not aware today of what happened to tuxedo. From time to time some will send me a message. I would love to help those in need but at this point I am not a supplier of these harnesses and can't seem to be able to contact projector retrofits. It is unfortunate but it appears that someone else have made a product to help those in need. Good luck to those of you trying to make this conversion
Yes. I am making them now and they work just fine. the 13-14 conversion harnesses should be ready to go by next week. 10-12 HID conversions are already complete.
