Yes Chris Escobar went two 7.9 passes. My buddy Blair went 7.6x in true street also. Beefcake seemed like he had issues. Went 9.9 on the pass I saw and then around 9 when I rolled up it was Infront of the ATF tent on jackstands

That's nuts. I wish I could have seen that thing run. How did Justin, Chris and Ryan do?

Ran 10.11, then 10.11...then on the 2nd pass noticed My Mechanical boost gauge did not read what my digital controller was, was only running 6 to 7 lbs during the run, so I added some boost for the 3rd run and Ran 9.88.

10.03X average

With a few Guys not making it to the Quick 16 shootout I sneaked in right behind KenB and the TT car.

Awesome day once I figured out what boost gauge to trust!

Had a blast even though I got there later than expected.

Saw some crazy fast cars! Some of those Cobra jets sounded so sick.

One of those top fuel dragsters almost blew my ears out I was about 30 feet away LOL.

That's awesome man! I wondered where the cutoff was going to be as far as the Quick 16, figured it to be low 9's...did you win the 10.0 Bracket? I was going to be gunning for that, would've loved to had a pair of yellow blaze cars side by side running 10s...

Well after a few people dropped out and are going home, I'll make it tomorrow for Quick 16.

I ran a 10.03X average, but some one had a 10.03x and beat me by a few thousandths.

And who won True Street? I heard Bud's car (with the Stig in it) got second place, but no word on who cut the quickest average.

Not sure who won, the Shelby that Lund n pbh took from bbr got 2nd

The 2 seven second cars never got 3 clean runs that counted

That was Ken from Lund racing that took the ten second average just above you. I think it was within a couple hundreths

Nice meeting you btw!

As far as our car, the converter is way too tight, I need it loosened up for sure, peak torque with the new blower is 6750. This converter can only reach 4500 period, and takes 3 to 4 seconds to get there

My customer actually won it this time w an average of 8.49
Bought a new intercooler a little while back and ran a string of NB's all weekend. First pass on spring pressure he picked up .5 and 10mph compared to his old ET at that boost level lol

Call Kenny at PTC in Muscle Shoals, AL. The 6600 stall made night and day difference. Car only drops about 800 rpm on shifts and stays in the power band. And yes I can still drive it on the street with no issues. Call him, you will think it's a different car.

You gonna have it redone before tomorrow beef?

Nice meeting the guys I hadn't met, and nice seeing all the old faces!

Probably atf, they are always at the races, and have great support on the glides and 400s.

I expect a completely different car soon. We have the 2nd fastest mph, so the car is making it, just not the first hundred feet. Lol

The converter sounds like a turbo spooling up
