Maybe he needs to go to a bigger blower head unit then and drop the nitrous. Single power adder> Two power adder's.

I wonder what was going on with beef's tune issues, obviously Evo's car was hauling ass until they blew there motor.

The green car just blew a hose. The motor is fine.

Well yes and no. There's been constant bragging of blowers beating up on turbos for quite a while now. And it's been tried to be made as if it was because it was a blower was better, and "turbo can;t keep up." Now that a turbo car comes out sorted and ready to play the only two blowers that can keep up both need to run nitrous. Either to keep inlets down from a lack of intercooling or the units just can't support the power. Does that mean they are slower because of it? No. Does it take away from their argument of which is better? Juuuuuuust a bit. I said turbos would take over. Until an off the shelf blower beats JPC's numbers or better on boost alone that argument is dead. We won't get into "torque boosters" than run turbo parts. Or as we like to call them, the "I wish I bought a turbo mod." Sorry couldn't help that one. Had me on an Affliction shirt on LOL  :pop:

I wasn't going into the argument of which is better. I understand the efficiency difference and all that. Just respect power for what it is. Like I said I'm a turbo fan myself and IMO your kit is gonna wow the masses. There's just so many dumbasses in here like that retard stalking beef acting like a car trapping 167mph is slow. And believe me I'd be the last guy in one of those shirts lol. I live in northwest jersey not jersey shore. Big difference lol.

When's one of the cars sporting one of your big T6's gonna hit a track???

Just a waiting game. All the guys that have bought my last kits are 1000rwhp+ minimum goals. So they are all building or waiting on parts. I had to make changes for them for the kit to make up. Needed to make a T6 version, and a 2000hp intercooler. The wonderful part of buying turbo kits. The addiction to speed and the supporting mods. Most of these crazy bastards go turbo so the builds usually take longer.

Exactly. I couldn't agree anymore. I'm glad that trend most likely now has stopped :rolling:

I don't think the Paxton trend will stop because dollar for dollar it's hard to match. That's the main reason I decided to go this route to start with, bang for the buck. When I did the math back in April/May this is how I ultimately decided between the Hellion twin turbo kit vs the Paxton.

Paxton with ID 1000 injectors can be bought for 4600 shipped (bought mine from JPC for $4400 back in May)

Turbo kit with ID 1000 injectors (not the on3) goes for about 8k+ shipped

(I wanted a fuel system and not depend on a BAP because I knew I was going to run E85)

Add a fuel system to the turbo kit and your right at 10k

Add a fuel system to the Paxton and your close to $6500

That's a difference of roughly $3500 which can go right into building a short block(which I didn't do). Just saying if someone had a 10k budget and wanted a quality turbo kit with a fuel system they wouldn't be able to keep up with a Paxton with the same 10k budget.

If you had an unlimited budget hands down a turbo kit is the way to go but unlimited budgets don't apply to most people. I'm not hating on turbo's by any means because almost certain once I build a longblock it won't be long until I dump the Paxton for one.

oh yeah, no doubt. I understand. I know what you mean... the paxton definitely has more bang for the buck here than a turbo, especially when you have a budget in mind.
The trend i was referring to was more of the "well, the fastest coyote is not turbo, they're supercharged..." yadayadayada.. and i knew that was coming to an end as soon as a turbo setup is dialed in properly lol. I'm waiting for a twin setup now to get on that level... they make the power, they just need all the other stuff these shop cars have and i'm sure they'll be on the same level.

A non-shop twin car will get there...just gonna take some time and testing

I gotcha.....yeah no doubt twin turbos make killer power and in time you'll see someone challenge for the top spot with them.

And here we go with the same old discussion.

4 times I had a big long post typed out and changed it.
I'll leave you with this,

Personally I'd go Supercharger.

Why?
BecauseI like superchargers.

And it's cheaper.

Now go discuss it in another thread please.
