I'm getting my first terminator soon. I've looked at the different superchargers and engine setups. I for sure want to go with a kenne bell super charger. I don't want to use a twin turbo system but I'm looking to clear 700 horsepower. What will I need to accomplish this?

From what I've heard you will need a big stack of benjamins and after all that you will need a beefed up rearend and some good tires or it isn't gonna go straight.

Report back when you have a terminator and do some searches, just sayin'... Your most cost effective option is to buy one already built.

15-30k u guys? I spent 10-12k and also did k member, built solid rear, kirkey seats and all.

Whipple 2.9 3800$
3.25 pulley 90$
Mac long tubes and o/r x pipe 600
SLP cat back 200
Metco lower and aux pullies 450ish
Lethal budget fuel setup 925$
80# injectors 400
Tb and intake 450$ ish
Fluidyne H/E 350$
170 thermoste 70$
Ba3000maf say 200$
McLeod twin disk setup 1200$ that's the most of it.
Tune 500 and 300$ for a sct
726whp in like under 10k 112octane fuel and makes 660whp on straight 93 pump gas

That's one thing I I'd buy used / new shape but i did pay like 200 for mine, you can add 250$ to that total and ill still probally b under 10k in power mods

:p don't take me off as being rude or a jerk. I was just giving my opinion what I've done to my car in 12 months even with my kirkeys, k member, coil overs adjustable shocks front and rear.both Coolant tanks im still under 12-13k I bet

don't forget if you have the knowledge on installing these items too makes a difference.. If you have to ask how to make 700hp chances are you don't know how to literally.. So I'll bet the other 4k regardless is in install fees. based off your build.

OP you wanna make 700hp, get the 2.8KB if you NEED a KB. with behemoth inlet. I would get a built engine. But if you don't get a nice return style fuel system with 80-105# injectors. Lethal has good kits. ( Ford Mustang and SVT GT500 Performance Parts Specialists - Lethal Performance )
you will need a good intake, probably aftermarket exhaust and about 21psi on race gas. KB is hard to do 700 hp constant without race gas. unless E85 is avail to you

I think you are in built motor territory in the 700 HP range. It can and has been done without, but our tight piston and ring clearance makes you one 5th gear pull away from needing a built motor. I just can't see spending the time and money to make that much power while leaving inherent weaknesses.

I totaled my build at one point here, and it was under $14,000 for the built motor and supporting mods. I did the build myself and collected many used/new unused parts over a two year period. It can be done on a budget if you have some time and patience.
