Brian- What a loss for those that have our appreciation for your work and professionalism. But what a gain for your family. (And good timing, well before hunting season!)

I'm proud to have been one of the first (if not THE first of your GT500 blowers).

You're a pro....and clearly both 'on and off the field'. And a class act.

Godspeed buddy

Posi was hands down the best vendor I've done business with on these forums.

Brian Hartlege, you are a class act and a good friend. Your contribution to SVTP through Posi Performance and just "you being you" has been invaluable to so many of us. You indeed are of person of the highest moral character and most certainly have your life's priorities in order.

Posi Performance will be sorely missed by many of us, but we all will continue to look forward to your involvement in this great hobby of ours. Love you Brother!

Thank you for offering a great service to us. Real pleased with the work you did for me on my blower and the time you spent answering questions and talkin' 'bout racin'.

Wish you the best with your family. Hope to have the opportunity to do business with you again in the future, Brian.

Posi is or was a top notch shop I can honestly say this is not a good thing for us. Completely understand your reasons and thanks for all the good port jobs people got out of your shop you are truly going to be missed enjoy the family and THANKS

ED

Ed,

Oh boy where to start with you lol. You were one of the first GT500 Mcleod kits we ordered. After Mcleod told us wrong we finally got you taken care of and I sure hope all your issues are completely over. For someone that had trouble from us we sure appreciate you saying that.

People in the end we ordered a clutch for Ed from Summit racing because they had it in stock and paid to have it sent next day air to good ole Ed from Florida. Boy that cost us big time but in the end HE was clearly happy!

Ed again I'm sorry and I sure hope your car is where you want it to be. For now lol.

A big thanks from myself and my wife for the kind words you all have taken the time to post. We appreciate it and I know what this business can be or could be still if we had the time to do it. I'm very fortunate to be at a time in my life where I can throttle back some to enjoy some better family time and to also enjoy more GOLF.

Posi was finally growing on its own after supporting itself since the 1st day we opened it. I'm just to competitive to keep it small or hold a company back from being what I know it can be. Sadly again we just don't have the time to devote to it to make it as large as we ALL would love. Knowing we have over 500 customers and also knowing there's never been 1 thread about any issues with customers (even though we had them just like Ed from above) on any website still is the best thing I could've asked for. People say You can't make every customer happy." You might not be able to but if they aren't happy it doesn't mean you didn't take care of them to where they're going to bad mouth you every chance they get. If our customers had problems I always thought we were fair with their discounts or whatever we did to get them taken care of.

Thanks again everyone!

In my line of work I deal with customer service every single day, needless to say its the hardest thing of business. That's why I don't really get mad when things don't go as plan, in this case you went above and beyond to try to make things right and did. Therefore for people that never dealt with you or your business, this is truly a lost because very few business take the pride and appreciation you did with your customer. Again thanks for the great product and amazing customer service, like I said when we spoke when and if you return back to business count me in as a friend and loyal customer. Enjoy the family.

Thanks
Ed:beer:

Sad to see this but understandable. I too am a devoted family man and I have several projects that have been put on hold due to family first. I have a ported blower almost ready to go on but have not had time to complete the job due to other priorities. I ported it my self with Posi's help and info on the forum. Thanks for all your help. May be you could still offer pointers to us self porters from time to time.
