MM makes awesome stuff, most here will agree. I would not say your goal of wheelhop reduction will be adressed by all those items.

I'll just hush and let others chime in now.

From what I have gathered searching around, I need the following things:

Delrin Rear Lower Control Arm Bushings
Delrin Rear Upper Control Arm Bushings
IRS Subframe bushings
Aluminum pinion angle adjusting differential mounts

This other stuff is included in the last package, but it doesn't sound like its necessary(?):
IRS adjustable Tie-rod kit
Rear swaybar bushings
Rear sway bar end link kit

Is that correct? Also, should I go with the Aluminum differential mounts or the Urethane? Is the pinion angle adjustability worth the extra $200 over the middle package?

chech out the cobra r forum ..... chech out the posts about delrin bushing ... cheaper then mm .... i will be recieving my uca and lca bushings this week

That kit is supposed to do other things besides get rid of wheel hop, and I don't think it will address your issue as well as other things might.
