Naz what's the best way to pack the intake when shipping it to you?

Easy brother.

1. Cut a card board long enough/wide enough to wrap the intake around.
2. Utilize some "100 Mile a Hour" tape (ductape) and secure the card board around the intake.
3. Get a fairly large box and pack it with plastic bags filled with news papers.
4. Place the intake in the center and ship.

I pack the intake with white foam, wrapped in HD card board and a med box.

Here is the final step before welding.

I take some epoxy and fill the very sharp edge on the casting plugs. I do not fill them since the plenum volume its barely enough, just fill the area where the aluminum meets the plug and give it a nice flaring/curve. Looks messy but it will be cleanded up and shaped once its dry.

What kinda power gains did he get? I may be interested.

Some of my intake users have reported gains up to 18RWHP at peak on NA applications and o/a 12RWHP gains all across the power band. The gains should be larger with FI. Again, all depending on level of supporting mods.

You should get off your ass! LOL!

Here is another quick pic of 2 Naz-ty intakes. One its finished and ready to be welded and the other is 50% finished. The runners are done and need to be worked on the injector side.

On that last pic you will notice the last runner (square one) and see those pits. They are there from the casting process at the factory. Ill fill those with epoxy and fix it!!

This intake will be all done by the middle of the week!!

Man, you weren't kidding when you said the casting was rough.. Now I am really glad I sent it to you, just to smooth it all out.
