We all decided to get out on the ice road, before spring comes fast and the ice is too thin. These aren't winter driven cars by the way.

Oh, and if anyone's wondering where they get the ice for the carvings.....

I have some 555's and 555r's waiting. I just finished installed MM Coilover's/CC plates and Lower control arms, gonna let her settle. Just need to lower her a little more & an alignment.
We've ran some rolling races in the fall, all 3 cars are pretty equal.

From watching those Ice Road TV shows I always thought that the ice was a couple of feet thick. But it looks like it may get to be over four feet thick.

I wouldn't be worried about driving my car on it either.

The ice on the ice roads get even thicker when the snows removed. There times when my buddy's go ice fishing, and bury 4 foot ice auger's.... And still no water

Love the Mach and the Boss. Nice photos, and interesting where the ice came from. I'd never think the bay was 4' thick. That ice sculpture is amazing. Whoever did it has a ton of talent!
