There is something about that wrinkle blue that just makes the motor "POP" body colored VC's are cool as well. Black looks good but just reminds of the bland engine compartments of Mach 1's and Lincoln Mark VIII's.

blue is awesome, I just think wrinkle black is better  but its not my car. Blue is better than stock for sure :-D

agree!
i just like the looks and the subtle pop you get with the black wrinkle. mine will get them when the motor comes out (hopefully not in the near future, however...)

I am going the Ford blue with black wrinkle spark covers. Blue justs make it pop!!
Oh why do you guys go the hard way on the driver side. Remove the booster and do it the hard way or just remove the driver side engine mount nut and jack up driver side of engine, its a little wiggling to get out but way easier than removing the booster.

Well I got the passenger side in. I just need to know what the torque sequence and how tight the bolts need to be tightened to for the valve covers. I cant find anything so far online

Working 10-12 hours a day is leaving me drained but I have tried to work on the car at night for an hour or two. Got the passenger side done and buttoned up. Here's a pic, I love it!
