Just got my ported blower back from Xzile Motorsports. I really wanted a posi port but the used posi setups were ridculously expensive. I was contacted by them when I was looking for a used ported blower and they said they could do a port just like posi's. Their prices are very good to say the least. I'm very impressed with how it came out:

The lead ins are brought down more and squared up, just don't have a final picture of it.

I'm getting tuned on Oct 15th at HPP Motorsports with mods in sig, will update once numbers are in.

Looks really nice. I'm curious to see what numbers it puts down. I'm installing a posi ported eaton soon with BAP, #60 injectors, a ported dragon, and 2.9 upper / 4lb lower. I wonder if we'll put down similar numbers - of course different dynos always make it hard to tell. What made you go with #80 injectors over 60s?

You should get bigger numbers than me with your higher blower speed and that ported dragon, also i'll only be on 91 octane.

I got 80's for e85 and so I'll have room to grow and they are the same price as the 60's so why not get them? Next year I'll get a re-tune for e85 and a lower pulley:rockon:. Didn't have enough mod money to do it all at once because I'm afraid of what the amount of trq the e85 and lower pulley combo will do to my stock clutch, didn't want to spend it all on power upgrades just to have my clutch take a big ol dump on the dyno and not even get tuned. And if I want to go whipple in the next couple years i'll already have injectors that can support a decent amount of power.

Nothing really to say but to be contacted from someone on this site for a port is wrong. Then to copy mine from another business is wrong also. I made changes and didn't copy anyone. They can change the outlet just like I did or do some dyno time.

Did they even clean the grease out of the bearings and add new grease?

Sorry guys they won't get my blessings from a dead on copy. One of us sure but not a company to take it and run. Make something new because it should be easy for a company right? I got over 100 dyno pulls for all of my ports.

First I'd like to say that my port should be the only one with the same outlet as posi's that comes from Xzile Motorsports. They will have their own design from here on out. I had specifically asked for a posi type outlet from them so I am sorry for copying, I was just not comfortable doing a home port as I was afraid to mess it up, and I knew of the success of posi's design so that's why I wanted it. Xzile told me they hogged the inlet of the blower out a lot more than most other ports as well.

Now on to the results from yesterday's tuning session at HPP Motorsports

Manny did 5 runs to get it tuned, only time the car had to cool down in between runs was the time it took him to load an updated tune from the programmer into the car, runs were one after another, no iced down glory runs. 80* in the shop

Xzile ported eaton/tb/plenum
Metco 2.70 upper
80lb injectors
Stock pumps with BAP
Billetflow 4pc idler set
Evenflow head cooling mod
170* t-stat
Magnaflow catted x
Borla stingers
Amsoil SS 5w20

Was tuned with 91 octane (all I have here in kansas :(), 22* timing. Manny at HPP did an excellent job and had it tuned very quickly. Very impressed with that whole shop, they are a great bunch of guys. Manny said it was one of the best ports he has seen. My aeroforce gauges show no more than 12psi

The car whistles at idle like a centri does and absolutely screams at WOT. I am very pleased with the tune and the port. I'll try to post a video of it on the dyno sometime soon. Let me know what you guys think!

Video added, think this is the 3rd or 4th pull out of 5, can't remember which
