xcal problems

i bought an xcalibrator2 from lethal performance and when i try to enter the program vehicle menu it says error: no index file.

has anybody else encountered this

the guys at lethal and i have been trying to figure this out, they sent me a tune to load and when i tried loading it with extreme tune it said error: could not unlock xcal for download on the computer screen

any ideas??

Call SCT...I have seen people with this problem and it said No index file ERROR. Also, search on Modular Fords or even this site for more info.
