X4 on screen data logging

I know that you can do on- screen datalogging with My SCT X4.... I just don't know how to set it up!
Unfortunately SCT does not work with MacBook....and the only Windows PC I have is a desktop.
So I would like to be able to set up the data log on the X4 and transfer it to windows to send via email after I return from the drive...

Any ideas on how to set this up?
