Question about the X Cal 2....What is the engine rpms setting for on the x cal 2 and where should I set it at? Should it be set at 800 rpms just like the idle? I have the idle set at 800 btw... thanks new edgers!

I set my idle at 750. I like it around there. I wouldn't raise redline if your car is not heavily modified, these cars fall on their face at 6000 rpms. They are not THAT rev happy.

Really? Because mine pulls hard well after 6k. In fact I hit my 7k redline still hard without any power plateau. Perhaps it’s time to have your tune checked

your car shouldn't fall on its face after 6000 rpm unless you have a gt motor in it.

It's basically where the engine rpm would be if you were in gear but not moving like with an automatic tranny still in drive at a stop light, with a 5 speed in gear stopped it would stall so it isn't a big deal..
