my procharged GT does a similar thing.
sometimes when gettin on it a bit and even when just cruising, after i let off the gas the rpms drop so fast...sometimes it dies, other times it catches itself at 400rpm or so...after christmas i am takin it to my tuner to have him diagnose it.
