They are a very unique sound, like nothing out there on the streets. Quiet at idle, roar at WOT, and zero drone. A perfect setup.

GL with your search. Finding the whole catback will be tough. But don't settle for anything else!:beer:

I know this post was done years ago, but this is literally EXACTLY how I describe the M55s.. minus the idle.

My car sounds mean and throaty at idle (cammed), however when I drive around town it is quiet(ish), but the best part is there is NO drone whatsoever. Nice clean sound.

However once I hit 3500rpms at WOT all bets are off, I will wake the dead.

I have the m55's on my 02 gt, but i dont think i could ever sell them. They are freaking awesome! Good luck finding them, they're worth the search.

Worth. every. penny.
