Wrinkle Finish Valve Covers

Just trying to see if anyone has wrinkle finished their valve covers on their motor. Trying to decide if I should do it and what color for my mystic cobra.

I've wrinkle coated some in red, black, and ford blue. I'll try to dig up picks. We should just paint them suckers mystic though. Let me know if I can help.

Are you talking wrinkle or textured? I keep seeing people mention wrinkle and there is definitely a difference. The wrinkle looks almost like aluminum foil creases or say a wrinkled shirt. The textured is like a fine sand paper, which is what the ford gt covers are and what comes on the aluminator motors.

Blue. Flash makes it look more of a baby blue than it actually is.

I started out with red wrinkle covers, the coating started bubbling after a year from a crap powder coater. I got a spare set of covers and this time just painted them with the vht wrinkle black paint. Here's a few pics of them:
