Would this affect air flow and lead to damage?

I had three passengers in my car once, and I think this was the cause. I was adjusting my panhard and found this.

As mentioned earlier, those dents are factory installed. They may hurt performance a bit, but nothing to write home about.

I did. Just the ID seems a bit small for 2.3/4 exhaust.

Dont feel too bad i thought the dealer did that on the lift when i got it. He said they come like that! I said yea sure and i waa born yesterday buddy. Sure enough he made me look under one on the lot.
