wires cut under hood

I was changing my battery earlier tonite and happened to notice these two wires hanging out of the main harness. Anyone know what they belong to? Yellow w/ red tracer and Blue cant tell what color tracer. Right next to power steering reservoir coming out of the main engine harness.

ETA - Car in question is a 96 Cobra

Those wires go to the low coolant sensor in the degas bottle.
