Wierd error

I've gotten this one twice...

Fatal error: date() [<a href='function.date'>function.date</a>]: Timezone database is corrupt - this should *never* happen! in W:\SVTperformance.com\forums\includes\functions.php on line 3638

I especially like the line "this should *never* happen!" What's it mean?

Congrats, you broke the internet. It just a server load problem. It won't happen once we are back on both servers.
