A combination of the low durometer stock bushings with a very awkward mounting location to the differential cover results in broken differential covers. Get higher durometer bushings and the MJ differential cover brace is the best you can do for now to prevent cover failurs. You can get stronger half shafts to prevent half-shaft failures. Also if you can minimize or eliminate all wheel hop will help also prevent both cover and half-shaft failures. Wheel hop is the primary cause of half-shaft and differential failures.
