Does anyone know the details of the car?
Stock longblock?

Was the first blower a standard inlet 2.9? It seems like it was.

That's a huge gain for a simple blower swap with no tune or boost level changes.

Wow.

Hmm, wondering how many tvs owners will be selling? This has me thinking.

I can't imagine a lot of them would consider selling. Otherwise they probably would have went with a 2.9 in the first place. Is it worth upgrading if you're happy with the power level currently?

I was just about to roll my eye until I saw the dyno sheets. If that really is only a blower swap and minor fuel upgrades, damn, that's impressive.
Waiting to see what the retail is.

If this is the same car going around facebook there is conflicting data on what the car had and now has. Also one line says "No new tune" and the next line they said we installed a "new tune" for new injectors. Can't be both.

Always love seeing new products still coming to the site even with these cars being old news. Would love to see real numbers on a real car. Great work either way.

For both the gen 2 and 3, the Whipple site mentions a High Pressure Ratio unit or standard unit. Later they mention the crusher inlet.

Is this two different blowers or anybody know what they are referring too?

Edit: I think they refer to all of them as HPR...they just add that in later in the item description.

I noticed the same thing. They said no changes to timing & A/F, but added bigger injectors (allowing more fuel, hitting the same a/f target) allowing increased power with a revised tune.

I'm just letting you guys know, that data is full of shit.. The previous number WERE NOT CRUSHER numbers.. They were a std inlet 2.9.. I know the car and the dude, and I have it in text..

The number advertised are 2.9 STD inlet gen 2 TO 2.9 CRUSHER inlet Gen3

I will add, both setups were at 21psi though. So 21psi on the std inlet gen2. and 21psi on the gen3 crusher.
