a d1sc+3 core fmic with supporting bolt ons/mods or a pullied bolt on gt500 (stock blower/no port)?

i think the gt500 would be faster because istant boost out the gates and some bolt ons and the D1 builds more boost as the rpms get higher.

also depends if the D1sc has some aftermarket gears like some 4.10s then i dont know it would be close

Exactly what he said, but the opposite... kind of.

The extra rpm's from the d1 car would give it more power up top(more beneficial for a roll race)

Going from a roll usually means rpm is already up , I would give slight edge to the D1sc.
