Which plugs to replace stock one with. Not for blower application?

Our plugs are already NGK's, they are iridium so they will be pricey, i think ford quoted me $10 a plug. Call or go Rockauto, their in Rockford, honestly these plugs dont need to be changed like people think. This info came straight from NGK's tech support when i was on the phone with them

Copper, they run about 20 bucks for 8
Shortest ground strap to help prevent detonation
change every 10k or 1 year, whichever comes first. Cheap insurance.

ah this is interesting.
Are those 1 step colder? I'm looking for some 1 step colder plugs for a lil bit of spray.

Yeah, but those would be for your application with blower and pulley no?

Honestly, I've run both and both seem to be good. Heck, I can't even tell the difference when driving the car which one is different. They both fire.
But if the man recommends TR7 because it's cheap insurance. I'll rock that plug because I can't tell the difference, neither in the wallet or in the driver's seat.

Again, this is my interpretation as to what the man told me, nothing more.

The TR7 is a lot shorter and the plug doesn't protrude into the cylinder very much.

Less surface area on the spark plug tip, the less heat it will absorb. Cooler plugs = less likely to fail

if your not having any issues with ignition misfires then i see absolutely no reason in changing out spark plugs with less then 10k miles on them.......

I wish we had Full Copper plugs available for the Coyote.
Unfortunately they use a longer 24mm reach than previous 4V's, so we can't swap over to older style plugs.

As J mentioned NGK makes the stock plug and they actually have a Copper core with Iridium tips.

I see no reason to switch stock ones that work especially if the car is bolt on non blower nitrous. On a bolt on tune exhaust intake type what mileage to change out and do you still reccommend 10k and stock plugs?
