Which FTVB to get??

i have read alot about the FTVB. will ya'll answer a few questions?

does it damage the trans over time like pullies can damage the motor?

does this mod increase acceleration or just improve shift down time?

I believe the 4x4 pan holds i quart more of fluid.

I purchased my FTVB from chickenears back in 2002 and installed it in my 99L sold the truck then installed same VB in my 01. This same valve body has been in 4 transmissions 1 in the 99 and 3 in the 01 all with this same valvebody. The stock trans. does not hold up to alot of dragstrip(this is all I do with my truck) abuse but the Factory Tech Valvebody will increase the life considerably. I currently have the monster box. No trans problems since.

Hey i found the ford deep sump trans pan and filter on lightning force performance

Pan is-49 bucks lol (cheap)
Filter is-15 bucks lol (cheap)
