A for function, B for looks.
A will save you money on replacement parts from a deer impact.

You know, people keep saying deer impact.

25 years behind the wheel. Living in deer ridden areas. I've never hit one.

Is it gonna be just for looks, or do you need it for something?

Winch mount.

I don't currently have any bumper and finding a stock one is almost impossible.

My land cruiser is my wheeler/camping rig/over lander.

I almost never do shit "for looks"

I think an actuary would say you are due.
I voted A for the additional protection.

FWIW, my old boss told me his wife's oil company stopped putting big bumpers on their work trucks because anytime anyone would hit a big enough deer or cow at speed, it would total the truck.

The bumpers would tie around the crumple zone on the frame (the replaceable part) and bend it further back where they would have to be cut and rebuilt to get it road worthy again.

They are good for this if it's a smaller animal, or you hit one at lower speeds.

I'd go with option #1 if that's the case. Seems to have a bit more coverage than #2.
But as far as looks go, I'd say #2, or the 3rd bumper you posted.

A. Besides it'd look great like the pic you posted.

I made it 48 years/~600,000 miles. When it did happen last December, the deer ran into me - lol.

Definitely A. For same reasons stated above. Maybe I’m in the minority but I have hit probably 8-10 deer. Currently have a ranch hand bumper on my f250 and love the look have noticed lower mpg but doesn’t really bother me.
