Oh Yeah.

She's running great. Now I just need to deal with some warranty issues over the cold months.

Hi Mike, It's great to meet at the dragway or the
dyno, but we can still meet here, online.
How is the Cobra doing with the live axle swap?
How is the KB working out?
I saw salt all down the sides of many cars today.
I'm glad the Cobra is in the garage.I did take it
out to Maine Sunday for the day, however.
It now has about 5,500 miles on it. Ken

The KB is working out awesome. The solid axle is much better than the IRS for my purpose. I like the mash and go. The IRS just wasn't cutting it. It was too much of a headache. I spent all that money making it fast, but the IRS was holding it back. I'm happy with it. 23000 miles and still ticking... no pun intended. :)

I have yet to find out, but small front wheel drive cars usually do well.

I actually have a car for sale if anyone is interested. It's a 1996 Ford Contour GL. It's just sitting in my driveway for now because it needs a few things. I had it in for a service and Ford says it needs front brakes and rotors, a belt tensioner and water guard (it squeals), and a mass air unit. I can't get it inspected because of the faulty mass air unit. It's only got about 75k miles.
Cash talks.

Yeah for now. Only because of money problems at the moment. Before I do spring for the KB, we'll definitly talk.
I'm figuring on spring time.

Sweet! Who did you go with? Has anyone tried the outdoor track in Bridgewater yet?

Boy, this is going to be an especially long winter, now that I finally have a toy again. What do you guys think, are we in for another year like last winter...

I go with members of the SVT Mustang Cobra Club the guys from N.E. SHO Club were there with us as well. You can join us if you like....you don't have to be a member to run with us. We race there once a month till spring (april). December 14th is the next date I think I will post it on this forum.

I live adout 2 1/2 mi. away from the outdoor track, I have never run there but it looks awesome!

Fook. I am flying to NY on the 14th for a week so I won't be able to make it.

I sure hope we don't have a winter like the last one. I'm glad I have a fully functional Nascar for winter duty.
