If you are going to change your wheels, go with a performance upgrade.
I would lose those heavy wheels to a forged Ford wheel or a Forgestar after market.

The LS wheels are almost the same as the Ford wheels you posted. and latemodel resto has those wheels listed the same weight. Second, I'm having a hard time finding any wheels i like on the boss aside from the LS wheels. Just nothing really impresses me.

The 302S wheels are approximately 1 lb and the SVT wheels are approximately 2 lbs less per wheel compared to the stock wheels.

Well damn on the wheel weights. Anyone got any other solid lighter weight wheels at a decent price?

Are some of you calling the Laguna seca wheels the 302s wheels? I didn't see a picture with the 302s wheels. They are 18" wheels and are much lighter than stock.

The red wheels came stock on a 2012 Boss 302 LS, sterling gray on the 2013 and the black wheels on the 302S.

Those are the 302R wheels and used for Grand AM GS. The 9.5" versions are for the 302S in SCCA World Challenge GTS. Both can be used on the street cars although the GS wheels need bigger studs. It's confusing I know. This might help a bit. Select Mustang wheels and there will be a whole list of wheels.
