What's your favorite 99/01 Front Bumper Hood Combo???

Man I have the same pic saved on my computer from another time you posted it. I love that look! Do you know what type of hood that is?

I like both the 95R and 00R hoods when they're done right. I've seen too many GT's and v6's with those hoods that weren't lined up good or have a bad paint job and it has totally ruined the look of the hoods for me.

I still think the Mach 1 hood and the best looking Mustang hood made. I would love to buy a Mach and swap my IRS and 99 front bumper on it. :rockon:

I probably said this before...but hell... I'll say it again. That is one of the best looking New Edge Cobras of All Time. Always loved silver and those silver/hypercoated Saleens are super sophisticated looking....just enough shine. Real class act. :beer:

DOH!!! Oh man...you got me. Good catch! So much for my misty-eyed enthusiasm...I didn't even see that. I guess the authentic New Edge Cobra front bumper fooled me... which ironically many (pre-Terminator) New Edge Cobras don't even have any more. :beer:

I'm partial to my mach 1 chin. The gap doesn't bother me at all.

I spent time lining it up so it fit flush with the front.

How would a Cobra R hood work on a vert? I am gonna get my rear bumper repainted (have to) and am looking at getting another hood and have narrowed it down to either the Cobra R or the 95R style hood, but I don't know how either would look on a vert. Gonna keep my stock front bumper if that makes a diff, but I am not gonna use a lip, the gap bugs me too much

I dont have a cobra, but 99/01 bumper with 01+ gt hood

I always liked that look. That's what I had on my old sixer.

I like mine.. it compliments the look.. although there always has been a soft spot for a '00R hood.. maybe someday!
