I am wanting to lower my mach1 just a little. What is the best springs to use? Been looking at the BMR springs, has anyone used them?

These springs gave my Mustang the look and ride that it should have had from the factory. The ride height was lowered enough for good looks but not so much that it bottoms out in parking lots. The ride quality has also improved compared to the factory setup. The handling was improved over factory on the street and in more aggressive driving conditions. Letâ
I cant view but I would like to see! LOLMan I went through weeks of research when I lowered my Mach. I ended up with H&R Race springs. Dropped it just a tad (sorry no exact measurents) but Im running 255/40/18 front and 285/40/18 rear. The front needed to have been like a 275/40/18 but other than that, I love em!! They honestly feel like stock until you really power into them. Great for a daily driver but stiff enough to make a difference. Ill try and post a before and after link for you.

I installed Steeda Sport Springs in our Mach last September. I got 1.5" drop all around. This is with all isolators removed. The ride is pretty decent and still riding on stock shocks and struts.
why remove the isolaters?? I've heard of people removing them to supposedly drop it more, but that's kind of redneck aint it?? I mean you aren't talkin about that much of a difference...
I did it because I wanted the extra drop. You are probably looking at .25" or so of a drop by leaving them out but to me it was worth it. The 1.5" drop I got was good enough to get rid of the 4x4 look, and still be able to get up a driveway (although it can still be tricky). My stock isolators were junk anyways after I took the springs out. I have not noticed any negatives from having the isolators out. The ride quality is ok, and there are no extra noises or vibrations without them. I wrapped the top and bottom coil of each spring with rubber splicing tape so there was not any metal to metal contact with the springs seated.
Hmmm.... if it works, it works!! haha I'm wondering about the long term effect. Hopefully it stays smooth! And I agree, Ford's decision to go with rubber isolators for comfort was the cheap way out. But what's new lol
The only thing I am curious about is if I will get any metal on metal noise if the splicing tape wears through. I don't anticipate anything but I can always go back in there and re apply if necessary. It is easy enough to get the springs in and out.
