Hi i am thinking about switching to a powerglide and selling my auto. Its a 2012 with 30,000 miles. It will come w shifter, dss driveshaft, circle d 5c converter, deep alum pan on tranny. Any info would be great thanks !!!

So the select shift is just the ecu correct? Nothing else different?

Yep. It's in the ecu firmware. You need an auto 13/14 ecu to use it.

It's not even a different pcm, just different firmware. I flashed my MBT1 pcm, which is an 11 box code to WYN4 which is for a 14.

Gotta have ids access to change the programming. Ford will give you a 3 day license for $30 you just need a j2534 pass-thru device.

You got a link? I googled, but there are a ton of options it seems. I'm sure I wouldn't know what the hell I was doing however if I purchased one. Some of the ones I saw were really pricey.

These come with the ids software, but I couldn't get it to work. I purchased the license from ford and just used it as a pass-thru.
