Smoked a prime rib roast and a block of cream cheese on the egg saturday for easter, then cranked it up and threw some chicken, steaks, and veggies on there for dinner that night.

Tonight is a ham on the pellet grill with mac/cheese and jalapeno corn bread on there along with fresh green beans.

Had this as leftovers tonight. Love hot sauce on my mac/cheese.

Cant do Jalapenos just yet, havent gotten the kiddo prepared for spicy foods. We do this with cheese as well and a few other things, then its called Huminta.
