Five guys burgers and fries

Spur of the moment decision: I've decided to cook tomorrow. On the menu:

Shrimp cocktail(made with wild caught critters)
Charcuterie
6 pound turkey with gravy made from bird drippings(almost wrote bird droppings)
Stuffing made with seasoned garlic bread and rosemary bread with sausage, celery, onion, sage and basil
Sweet potatoes
Macaroni and cheese
Salad with spinach, carrot, cabbage and lettuce

No dessert and no cranberries!

Phase 1: Assorted charcuterie with madrigal french swiss, shrimp, spinach leaves and cocktail sauce. Main course in about an hour.
