2, damn. I haven't had anything like that in 20 years, seriously. That said, steak on the Blackstone is crazy good. First time in forever I didn't use A1 or something. Just a tad overdone, but it was my first try. I did some sauteed onions too. Loving this thing so far.

I bet making breakfast on that thing would be pretty killer as well!

I hear it is Tony. My neighbor had just got one too. She's done bone in chicken thighs, wings and breasts on it and said it's awesome. Doing a skirt steak with peppers and onions tonight. Doing extra onion and peppers for later in the week. I'll take pictures if I remember. Really enjoying it. My wife is too, as I'm doing way more cooking.

I miss good old world polish food. Since my mom my grandmother (who came off the damn boat from poland) died i havent had proper home made polish food. I have my moms recipies and csn cook my ass off but i cant replicate it for some reason...also its hard to find good polish kielbasa these day

My mom is off the boat from Poland as well. I think it was back in the late 60's when she came over from there.
