Grilled chicken salad and a handful of peanuts. 15 more lbs and I can stop this madness
I commend you on your effort man. It's tough.
When I was younger, I was pretty strict with myself. No sweets or potatoes, only once in a while. Now, I'm more lenient and have more body mass. lol

Me too. I am now trying to drop a lot of body mass.
I need to lose like 10lbs Aaron.
It's tough man. I cut down on a lot of calories, but I need to do more exercise. I think once the warmer weather comes, I should be able to do that. Working out in the yard and such.
