I just gave $15k for a rebuilt title car.. .. It looked really clean and had 19k miles with some good parts so i thought hell why not, i plan on keeping it

I would look more into what has to be done to register it where you live.. I'm in KY and a vehicle inspection here consist of checking the Vin# and the mileage lol

A local dealership just got 12.5 out of a car with a rod knocking.. I wouldn't pay that , but I guess somebody will.
