Been mixing my own pre for years but my wife is tired of all the bags sitting on the counter. Not a hill I'm willing to die on so looking at alternatives.

I had been mixing raw ingredients for the longest time, worked great and super cheap. Less than 50 cents/serving if I would shop around
200mg caffeine pill
~3mg Beta alanine
~5mg Bcaa
~5 mg creatine
~2.5mg Citrulline malate

Recently I've been drinking a Reign when I lift in the morning and just a Caffeine pill/Bcaa's in the afternoon. The Reigns work but I would like to get the caffeine more in the 200-250 range and up the rest of the stims a bit. Not a big fan of products that have a blend without individual amounts listed. Also not looking to spend $2-3 per serving on something.

You guys have any hidden gems you'd recommend?

I use Bucked Up (200mg variety). The Mango Ice Cream is probably the best tasting preworkout I’ve ever tasted (been taking pre workout for over 17 years now).

Black Magic BZRK. I've tried the Peach Rings and Orange Cooler. So far I like Peach Rings better. They mix well with vanilla protein powder. I take 10mg of creatine as suggested by my trainer. I could probably back it down to 5 though.

In my experience pre-workouts are person dependent and what works for one might not work for another. That being said currently I am using C4 Ultimate Shred. Caffeine level is solid and the focus is decent. Pump could be better but that could just be my terrible form.

Ephedra, Caffeine, Aspirin stack was theeeeeee best
Stackers were the lifeblood of my military career

2 in the morning for P.T.
2 at lunch for the gym/empty stomach

1997-2013

I did do other supplements as well, protein, etc

I miss that shit, when you could buy ephedra anywhere like it was ****ing aspirin… remember mini thins? That was a great stack, got shredded on that and some clenbuterol back in the day.
