I have a 03 Cobra with a manual transmission , I have a multitude of balls and pistol grip handles. I just swap around. Change things up so to speak.

my 01 GT I've owned from 01 has a mahogany shifter that I'll use on any manual car I ever get again, smooth very light not marked. It looks around the same shape as the OEM and I still use it to this day with 130k miles on the car. Feels great and quality is amazing, I know its not the right cup of tea era for SVT but it just feels so.. precise and soothing.
