What Is a Terminator Engine Worth

I just bought a sight unseen motor, and it appears to be a Terminator. It has all the color indicators of a Terminator, the exact codes and casting indicators.

I will.... later..... it is covered up today, the engine block codes are 100% terminator RF. 2C5E-6CO64-DA.... 03-S73...Yellow paint on date and blue paint on code area

If it has a shaker bracket, it's more likely a Mach 1 engine.... but it could have been swapped on. Does it have the Eaton supercharger?

No SVT car came with a shaker. The Mach's are not SVT. The Terminators all came with iron blocks. The Machs and Terminators used the same heads and cams.

So you are saying the 4.6L 32V with those codes is NOT a Terminator. Then how by looking can you tell one from the other? So this is not a terminator pic. maybe it is an OLD Terminator

The biggest giveaway is the iron block. If it's an aluminum block it's not an 03/04 Cobra.

99-01 cobras and Mach 1’s came with aluminum blocks. 99-01 are Tekcid, Machs are same as 3V’s.

If it’s a Mach engine, check the rear of the crank. 6 bolt, it was an automatic car, 8 bolt was a manual. 8 bolt is still a forged crank. 6 bolt is not. Main difference between cobras and Mach 1 are forged internals. Mach motors not good for boost, 5-8 max based on piston design.

TY.....I believe I have a Mach 1 4.6L32V on a 1997-2002 Expedition frame...It says 03 on the casting and is aluminum heads and block.
