Any one have a suggestion?

What could I measure to see what's causing this?
The drivers side sits I'm a lot more than the passengers side, all wheels are the same and the alignment is -1.5 on both sides.

Could be a camera angle, but it looks like it has excessive camber on one side that make it look like that.

I have the same issue, only reversed: same camber on both sides, but the passenger side wheel noticeably "leans" at a different angle than the driver's side, as though the camber is more negative. I've checked for damage; so has the alignment tech; nothing bent, smashed or fractured, missing, mis-installed, etc. Car has 2500 miles; K-member and associated parts have never been touched.

As far as I know there's no adjustment for control arm positioning. Like to hear more.

Was it like that before the air ride install? That would bother the piss out of me. I'd jack it up, pull the wheels off and do the best I can to find the culprit. Keep this updated please.

I'm not sure because the wheels where installed long after the air ride was.

I will look at it real hard this weekend and see if I can't figure it out.

Mine looks similar.... Maybe the factory K-member has some "play" in it, depending on assembly?

I see the same issue on mine, 2011 CS. I measured it and one side shows about 1/2 degree more camber than the other. Took it to dealer after installing new struts, the aligned it and adjusted camber to 1 degree negative (which is what I asked them to do). When I measured it myself, one side still showed more camber than the other and I could see it as well. I took it back and the re-measured on the machine and said it's good. The spec sheet shows both sides are very close, maybe a tenth different. This has been a mystery to me as well, maybe some suspension experts can chime in.
