what come with a 03 cobra whipple kit?

when you order a whipple kit (2.8 or 3.4) what does it come with? do you use the stock lower intake or does the whipple have its own? i have a friend that just bought an 03 cobra and he wants to switch to the whipple and i made him a pretty sweet deal. ill put it on for him in exchange for the stock stuff that comes off. i have never done the swap before but hey its just nuts and bolts. not afraid of messing anything up i just want to know what im going to be getting besides the stock eaton(with TB, elbow), and the stock injectors. thanks in advance

intercooler mounting base plate, oil, gaskets, bolts and a pulley. i think that's it.

If you get a MAF, stock fuel pumps and hat depends on what pulley he decides to run. There are things that don't come in the kit that he will still need if he wants to run BIG BOOST.
