what can the 10 to 12 stock motor handle

This is def a hard decision and I can get the hellcat for msrp as I work at the dealership. But idc what numbers they say its running cuz they are testing the automatic I wanna see what the manual runs I will nevwr do a automatic car. But this is gonna be hard still not sure what to do get the 11 or 12 and save a crap load of money or get the 13 I def think 2.9 whipple for 3500 is the way to go on a 12. Thanks for all the info guys
