No, on a 03-04 Cobra the HE will hang lower than the bumper

99-01 definately. Look up TheCat033 and check his picture. He has the 99-01 with the mach1 chin. Looks awesome.

My car currently has a gt bumper with a mach 1 grille delete and spoiler dont think it looks to bad

03/04 cobra bumper IMO.......thats why I have one. Im still trying to figure out what I want to do about the back bumper..........I thought about getting an 03/04 Cobra rear bumper and having it custom embossed with Mach 1 on it.

I say 01 cobra bumper with the mach 1 chin. I was going to do this to my gt, but I have an 04 cobra wing, so I dont want a confused mustang lol. If I had the stock wing, or even wingless, I would rock an 01 cobra bumper.
